Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated Delivery time=Processing Time + Shipping Time. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

Processing Time

• The estimated processing time is listed on the product page, some popular styles can be shipped out in 1-3 working days, while engraved, customized items or customized sizes may take up to 7-15 working days (custom sizes are those that charge an extra $20). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Shipping Time

• We are pleased to offer free shipping on all items to United States – including Alaska and Hawaii. For faster shipping service, you can upgrade to one of our Expedited Shipping options.

*Please note:

• the time frame mentioned above doesn't include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.
• Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Shipping method.
• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer, especially before holidays or due to weather, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes additional business days.

International Shipping

• All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Nextearrings is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also log in to our website and track your order under "Account> My account> My orders"
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Here you can see how to track your order. You can track order on this link: https://www.nextearrings.com/tracking/. If you require further tracking information, please contact us.
• *Please note that when the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require refund.
