I love these earrings, they are great for wearing to the office or out for a date night. They are easy to put on, don't cause me any irritation, and are lightweight. I have a problem with earrings falling out so I love the closure on these, no issues with them coming loose during the day. I usually also have issues with irritation but these haven't irritated my ears at all.
