This is exactly what I hope for. It's beautiful! It looks expensive, not the $129 I paid for it. It's lovely and seems to be of good quality. It will look beautiful on the black cape top I'm wearing and the look will be very elegant. It really brightens up the outfit, the perfect finishing touch. I'm very pleased.
