Note that I only just received this necklace so I cannot say anything about its durability yet, but I can say that I was pleased upon opening. The stone is a perfect size, catches the light, the color is pretty and true to the photo. The necklace seems to be well made (unlike some I've purchased from other dealers here) and has a sturdy feel despite its delicacy. I think it would make a perfect gift for someone special. Also note that I am not one to review products favorably if at all and, I have only owned it for a few hours, but so far, Love It.
