No stones were missing so that's a plus since I've read a few times on here that this was a big issue which concerned me but it came perfectly fine. I don't like very large earrings for both weight and look reasons prefer a simpler but still pretty look. These are a nice size and are comfortable to wear. The weight is nice, and I can usually wear these for my 12.5-hour work shifts with minimal discomfort towards the end of my shift.
