I was so dubious ordering this because I've been burned sooo many times by unscrupulous Chinese companies but I read all the reviews and I ALWAYS pay by PayPal so if it turned out to be a scam I'd be able to get my money back . When this ring arrived I was so impressed with the way it was packaged....red velvet box in a cute little white bag....so far, so good. Then upon opening the box my eyes bugged out of my head ! This ring is so beautiful and looks like it cost far more than I paid. I couldn't be happier!!
Oh, I had an occasion to contact their customer service department and boy were they right on it. Friendly, efficient and speedy. Couldn't get much better. I'm so pleased and would highly recommend this company.
